You cannot get any closer to the ocean than this! Spacious balcony and double glass sliding doors lets you see it all! Wonderful breakfast table lets you peer out on the ocean without getting hot, cold, wet or sandy. Fully equipped kitchen (minus an oven), so you never have to leave! Just bring the groceries to fix your favorite meals. Best of all, walk the pristine beach at low tide all the way to the end of the island, where tidal pools and sandbars await, or walk the New River Inlet of the Atlantic Intercostal Waterway to see a crab sanctuary, where you can truly appreciate the balance of nature. The entire condo and balcony are yours! You can fish in front of the condo without a license, lay out on any portion of the beach that stretches beyond where your eye can see, wander across the street for a game of tennis, a little corn hole or a few hoops.
