Topsail Collection started where most good things start: on a family vacation. We came to Topsail Island and never quite left. One home turned into two. Two into three. Friends with homes nearby asked if we'd help. Three turned into six.

We're not a national rental company. We're a family who happens to know this island better than most people know their own town. We can tell you where to take the kids on a rainy day, which boat ramp the locals actually use, which restaurant's hush puppies are worth the drive.

When you stay with us, you're booking with a person who has slept in the same bed. Walked the same beach. Felt the same Sunday-evening regret about going home. That changes everything about how a vacation should work.
