This gated community is full of friendly neighbors and safety, along with the community pool and various amenities. Minutes from the well-known and delicious Beach Shop & Grill, Jolly Roger Pier, and Breezeway Restaurant. A short drive to Surf City, where many other restaurants and attractions can be found. Steps from the pool and directly across the road from deeded beach access. Community boat ramp, you can tie up your boat right in front of the townhouse. A basketball court, playground, and grilling area are available. The home offers views of the canal, sound, and ocean. The carport easily holds two cars and can also hold three cars if they park close to each other. There are also parking spaces around the community that are free to use (do not park on grass or in other homes' carports or drives). Up to two dogs allowed, no cats.
